CytomX Therapeutics to Join EmeryStation Research Campus

Wareham Development has signed a full-floor lease with CytomX Therapeutics at 5959 Horton Street, part of the EmeryStation Research Campus in Emeryville.
The oncology-focused pharmaceutical company plans to relocate from the Peninsula and begin moving into the 35,584-square-foot space in 2026.
“We know few choose a campus simply for the square footage—they choose it for the people, the energy, and the sense of community it creates,” said Geoffrey Sears of Wareham Development.
The addition of CytomX brings another innovative life science company to EmeryStation’s research community.
