In San Rafael, Wareham transformed the original Cottage Hospital into our corporate headquarters, preserving the historic structure while modernizing the building for long-term use.
Former San Rafael Cottage Hospital rehabilitated in 1984 and later converted into the headquarters for The First National Bank of Marin. Today, much of the building serves as the corporate headquarters for Wareham Development. The original Honduran mahogany–paneled boardroom remains a prominent feature and is used for community and private events.
