We entered Stanford Research Park in 2009 through the acquisition of two interconnected research buildings at 3373 and 3375 Hillview Avenue. Located in one of the Bay Area’s most established innovation districts, the Life Science property supports biomedical research users affiliated with Stanford University and Stanford Hospitals & Clinics.
Two interconnected, two-story Class A buildings totaling 120,000 square feet on 6.76 acres within Stanford Research Park. Originally constructed in 1999 and converted to state-of-the-art biomedical research facilities in 2005. Current tenants include the Board of Trustees of Leland Stanford Jr. University and Stanford Hospitals & Clinics.
