The EmeryStation Greenway building is the newest addition to Wareham’s  EmeryStation Campus and is situated directly across the street from EmeryStation East and its tenants including the Joint BioEnergy Institute, Amyris Biotechnologies and Bayer HealthCare.  The four-story building will contain a total of over 84,000 rentable square feet of office/lab space on four levels and has been designed from the ground up as a Class A, flexible state-of-the-art building fully devoted to research. The top three leasable floors step back along the easterly greenway edge allowing large usable terraces.   The over 12,000 square foot first floor contemplates a food use and other uses fronting the southern greenspace.  Parking is provided on the first level as well as on an additional below- grade level of parking.  The EmeryStation Greenway Building has been recognized as LEED-CS pre-certified at the Gold level.
