Growth continues at the 1.5 million square foot EmeryStation campus.  EmeryStation West, another top-quality research facility on seven floors above a three-story parking podium, has finished the entitlement process and is approved.  The 205,000 square foot building is designed by the San Francisco office of 100-year-old architectural-engineering firm Ellerbe Becket.   It will have transit accommodations at the street level to serve Amtrak trains, buses and EmeryGoRound shuttles, taxis, limos, car shares, and private cars.  Retail stores and street vibrancy at the plaza level welcome visitors to an open sky garden atop the parking podium.  The building is on track to achieve Gold LEED rating.
